Daawah? It is really a random topic...

Just wanna share with all of you what I've got few weeks ago.:)

As usual, I went to my neighbour's house, every Sunday...some sharing moments at the majlis 'ilm, taman-taman syurga..:)...

From many topics that one of the speakers had shared, I was very impressed with the speaker's experience, going to Spain, following her husband for his business. (the speaker was Cik Chun, but she called herself Kak Chun as the majority of listeners were around of her age)

Cik Chun claimed that Spain was once ruled by Islamic Civilization for 700 years. Could you imagine?? 700 years, ruling by Islamic civilization, and had achieved their zaman kegemilangan...DALAM PEMERINTAHAN ISLAM, you know..

Cik Chun said to us: "Ramai kawan2 cakap dekat kak Chun, bestnya, dapat pergi Spain, US, plus negare2 lain, but it's not, it was a very sad experience actually."

Why? why? why?

In Spain NOW, they are not practicing Islam! Cik Chun said once she was in a hotel, a guy (for room service), went in her hotel saying SALAM. So, Cik Chun knew that he IS a Muslim. Then, Cik Chun asked that guy where the kiblah is as she wanted to perform solah but that.guy.didn't.know! Cik Chun asked him: "Are you Muslim?" He answered: "Yes, I am."

S.a.m.p.a.i. m.ac.a.m t.u. s.e.k.a.l.i

Cik Chun said to us: "Kalau lah die tak bagi salam, Kak Chun takkan tau die tu Islam."

Could....you...imagine....? A Muslim, but didn't know where the kiblah is. What it means? he didn't pray, and maybe didn't know HOW to pray.. Maybe, no one ever taught them how to perform solah. how sad.

Why this thing can happen at such place, a place where Islam was once a leading religion there? You can answer it yourself, rite?

It's because the works of Daawah are not done there.

Muslim only in name, not life, and not HEART. changing language....letih la plak...hehe.:P..

Islam hanya pada nama, Islam hanya diertikan dengan agama warisan. Warisan nenek moyang yang mewariskan Islam tanpa ajarannya.

Bagaimana ingin mengembalikan Islam sebagai satu cara hidup yang menjanjikan kebahagiaan yang abadi, duniawi, dan ukhrawi?? Ia terletak pada daawah!! Allahuakbar!

Islam just a history there, really, just a history.
Al-Hambra is just a history, too and just a show.

BUT! when there is daawah done, insyaAllah, Islam will shining the world.


Mahukah kita melihat masjid-masjid hanya sekadar show semata, sekadar membuktikan,
oh, Islam pernah bertapak di sini suatu ketika dahulu.
SUATU KETIKA DAHULU
Hanya SUATU KETIKA DAHULU

Kerja daawah bukan terbeban atas bahu setiap ulama' mahupun ustaz sahaja.
Tetapi ini kerja kita, each of us.
Regardless of status, rank or even wealth.
We are all responsible in this work.
NO MUSLIM IS OUT OF THE LIST
NO MUSLIM IS EXCLUDED
